Richard Jackson
Deputy Attorney General for Cybersecurity, Technology, and Digital Assets

Richard Jackson currently serves as the Deputy Attorney General for Cybersecurity, Technology, and Digital Assets for Oklahoma, acting as the subject matter expert on cybersecurity policy, regulation, and compliance; innovation and entrepreneurism; and the digital assets industry. In 2021 Jackson co-founded EQ Concepts, a venture-backed blockchain-based ticketing startup that was acquired in 2024. Jackson also serves as an advisor to the Oklahoma Bitcoin Association, University of Oklahoma Polytechnic Institute, and to Folds Ventures, the veteran and first responder focused Folds of Honor venture capital fund.
